Terms of use

Your license

When you buy Dosirak, you get a license to use the app. You do not buy the software itself. The store you buy from sets the license terms for that copy:

• On the Mac App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
• On the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store terms apply.

These terms add to the store terms. If they conflict, the store terms control.

Purchases and refunds

The store processes payments, trials, and refunds. To ask for a refund, use the store you bought from. Solutions Cay LLC cannot issue a refund for a store purchase.

Your data

Your projects and records belong to you. They stay on your computer, and Solutions Cay LLC claims no rights to them.

You are responsible for your data. Make backups. Dosirak cannot recover a project folder that you delete or that your disk loses.

Do not use Dosirak to store or process data that you have no right to use.

AI agents and third-party services

Dosirak lets you connect AI agents and other MCP clients to your projects. When you connect one, you authorize Dosirak to disclose the records it requests and to apply the changes you approve or allow. You do this at your own risk.

Agents, MCP clients, and AI model providers are third-party services. Solutions Cay LLC does not provide, operate, or control them, and makes no warranty about them. Their own terms and privacy policies govern any data you send to them. Solutions Cay LLC is not responsible for any disclosure, loss, or misuse of data by a third-party service, or for any change an agent makes to your records.

An agent can make mistakes. Grant only the access you need, and keep backups of your projects.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except where the law permits it. Do not attack this website or try to get access to parts of it that are not public.

No warranty

Dosirak and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law permits, Solutions Cay LLC gives no warranty, express or implied. This includes fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law permits, Solutions Cay LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. The total liability of Solutions Cay LLC is limited to the amount you paid for Dosirak.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Texas, United States, govern these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that arises from these terms or from Dosirak is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas. This section does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we update this page and its effective date. If you continue to use Dosirak after a change, you accept the new terms.
